Early Lung Imaging Confederation (ELIC) is a single member limited liability company with the International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer, a Colorado nonprofit corporation that is exempt from taxation under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, as its sole member.
